Jen has over 30 years of Operation and Compliance Manager experience in the financial service industry. She brings extensive back-office knowledge in operational processes and procedures, equity trading, and SEC compliance. Staying abreast of industry and regulatory changes and adapting the firm’s operations accordingly provides a natural link between her compliance responsibilities and her role as Operations Manager. She is also responsible for redesigning our organizational processes to continually improve the exceptional level of service we provide our clients. Wearing multiple hats and interfacing with all firm’s departments, she maintains an understanding of the firm’s needs from multiple perspectives and energizes those around her to improve critical business processes.

 Jen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 2002 graduating Cum Laude. Away from work she finds joy spending time with her family making memories, and bleeding green and gold as she cheers on her beloved Green Bay Packers.
