Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts and Applied Science degree from the University of North Texas. She and her husband have three grown children and enjoy spending time with the family at their lake house in Oklahoma. When extra time permits, she enjoys a variety of hobbies such as volunteering, gardening, baking, crafting, and reading.
